Campaign #FL-588
Daimler Trucks North America has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle
safety exists on specific Sterling Bullet vehicles manufactured October 15, 2007
through November 10, 2008.

Daimler Recall: EPA 2010 Cummins ISX Engine Alternator Cables
Campaign #FL-590A
Daimler Trucks North America has decided that a defect that relates to motor vehicle
safety exists on specific Freightliner Cascadia and Coronado vehicles and Western
Star 4900 vehicles manufactured with Cummins ISX EPA 2010 engines April 22, 2010
through January 28, 2011.
The alternator cables on some vehicles may be routed so the cables may contact or

series 42DL, 42RB and 44SL, and model year 2010 and 2011 Entegra Cornerstone Class
A motorhomes, series 45RB, manufactured between June 3, 2009 and August 27, 2010.

Entegra Coach Recall: Headlamps Defect
Recall Service Bulletin #11V-019
Entegra Coach has decided that certain model year 2010 and 2011 Aspire Class A motorhomes
(series 40DRQ, 40SKT, 42DL, 42RB, 42DLQ, 42RBQ) and model year 2010 and 2011 Insignia
Class A motorhomes (series 40FKSA, 40CKFL, 36CKFL, 40SU) manufactured between April
22, 2009 and December 23, 2010 fail to conform to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard
No. 108 Lamps, Reflective Devices and Associated Equipment. The positions of the
high-beam and low-beam headlamps are transposed from their proper position. Improper
height on the headlights may not fully illuminate the road surface or may inhibit
the ability of motorists to see vehicles, which can increase the risk of a crash.

Fleetwood RV Recall: Headlight Wiring Defect
Recall Service Bulletin #110204FRV
Fleetwood RV Inc. has decided that a defect, which relates to motor vehicle safety,
exists in certain model year 2010 Fiesta Class A motorhomes.
On motorhomes affected by this recall, the headlights may have been incorrectly
wired, resulting in reduced headlight illumination with the headlights on low beam.

exists in certain model year 2010 Bounder 35J, 2010 Southwind 35J and 2011 Southwind
35J Class A motorhomes.
On motorhomes affected by this recall, the propane tank is installed near the rear

Heartland Recall: Defect in Certain Dexter Axles
Campaign #99-01-03
Models included in the recall: 2011 Cyclone fifth wheel, 2011 Road Warrior fifth
wheel, 2011 Big Horn fifth wheel, 2011 Big Country fifth wheel and 2011 Landmark
fifth wheel.
Certain Dexter axles manufactured between August 15 and August 30, 2010 and installed
as original equipment on Heartland recreational vehicles may contain cracks in the
spindle weld. These cracks can propagate and cause the spindle to detach from the
axle tube, resulting in the separation of the wheel end from the vehicle. This could
create a road hazard that compromises the driver’s control of the vehicle, increasing
the risk of a crash.

Keystone RV Recall: Cougar and Laredo Travel Trailer Axle Installation Issue
Safety Advisory #11-162
Keystone RV is conducting a voluntary recall notification campaign in accordance
with the National Highway Transportation and Safety Act. This recall affects certain
model year 2011 Cougar and Laredo travel trailers. On the affected RVs, the axles
are installed backwards, causing a slight reduction in braking torque and shortened
brake lining service life. Over time, diminished braking capacity leads to an increased
risk of property damage and/or personal injury.

Norcold Recall: Defect in Certain Refrigerator Models
Norcold, Inc. has decided to recall certain 1200, 1201, 1210 and 1211 model gas/electric
refrigerators with serial numbers from 315525 to 13088811, non-consecutively. The
refrigerator's model and serial number are located inside the fresh food compartment.
These refrigerators may have cooling units with a cooling unit serial number between
700000 to 13085759. For affected models, a high-temperature sensor will be installed
at no cost to you.
It is important to implement this safety enhancement to prevent an unsafe elevation
in the temperature of the cooling unit should the unit fail in operation. This enhancement
seeks to minimize the risk of injury or death due to fire.

Winnebago Recall: LP Line Interference Defect
Campaign #122
The vehicles potentially containing this defect include 2011 model year Winnebago
(model: Tour R42AD) and 2011 model year Itasca (model: Ellipse R42AD). These motorhomes
were manufactured August 9, 2010 through January 21, 2011.
These vehicles have the potential for a liquid propane (LP) hose connection to be
damaged when the slideout room is operated. If the LP hose makes contact with the
slideout ram, it could be disconnected. If this were to happen, a leak would occur
when the LP tank is opened. The leaking LP then has the potential to ignite, which
could result in personal injury or death.

Campaign #120
Affected Models: 2008 model F32H Winnebago Voyage and Itasca Sunrise, 2009 model
J32H Winnebago Adventurer, 2009 model K32H Itasca Suncruiser, 2010 and 2011 model

between May 10, 2007 through August 4, 2010.
Winnebago Industries has decided a noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety

Workhorse Recall: Replacement of Bosch Service Brake Calipers
Recall Service Bulletin #51101-CR
All 2001 through 2011 model year W20, W21, W22 and W22D motorhome chassis equipped
with Bosch brake calipers.
Workhorse has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists
in the Bosch ZOPS and ZOH-T slide-pin hydraulic disc brake systems.
The pistons inside the brake caliper may stick in the applied position. If this
were to occur, the service brakes may overheat – which may result in damage to other
brake components and possibly lead to brake fluid boiling during normal operation
conditions. If the conditions described above were to occur, the performance of
the service brakes may be reduced and the brake pedal may feel “soft” or “spongy.”
Anticipated braking distance may also increase, which may result in a crash that
may cause property damage, personal injury or death.
